We are committed to delivering your Naviforce watch safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • A dispatch confirmation email with your Shiprocket tracking ID is sent once your order is handed over to the courier.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected service level.
  2. Any applicable remote area surcharges will be disclosed before payment.
  3. All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

4.1 Eligibility

  • COD is available on eligible orders as shown at checkout.
  • First-time COD customers will receive an OTP verification call and address confirmation before dispatch.
  • Business address deliveries require a valid GSTIN for COD eligibility.

4.2 COD Verification Process

  1. A pre-delivery call or SMS is sent to confirm your order acceptance.
  2. The delivery executive collects payment and issues a physical receipt.
  3. Payment is reconciled with the Shiprocket dashboard within 24 hours of delivery.
  4. Failed deliveries: A maximum of 2 re-attempts will be made. After that, the order will be cancelled and a restocking fee may apply.

4.3 COD Fraud Prevention

  1. Customers with more than 2 COD refusals within a 90-day period will be blacklisted from COD orders.
  2. Suspicious order patterns are flagged for manual review prior to dispatch.

5. Delivery Instructions

  • Signature is required upon delivery; photo proof is captured by the courier executive.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
  • Unattended deliveries (left at doorstep) are done only with explicit written customer authorization and are entirely at the customer’s risk

6. Address Accuracy

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Address changes after dispatch may incur an additional fee and cause delivery delays.
  • Undeliverable packages returned to us: the customer bears return shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather disruptions, strikes, courier service failures, or other force majeure events.
  • We will proactively communicate any delays exceeding 48 hours beyond the estimated delivery date.

8. Tracking Your Order

  • Real-time tracking is available via the Shiprocket link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
