Every Naviforce watch sold on naviforce.co.in comes with a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Please read the terms carefully before raising a warranty claim.
1. Warranty Period
- 1 Year from the date of purchase (as per your invoice date).
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
2. What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects arising from normal use under the following categories:
- Movement malfunction not caused by physical impact or misuse
- Manufacturing flaws in the watch case, dial, or strap (non-consumable parts)
- Water resistance failure — only if the watch was used within its stated ATM rating and has not been serviced by an unauthorized party
3. What Is NOT Covered
- Battery replacement — batteries are consumable items and are not covered
- Water damage beyond the watch’s stated ATM rating
- Physical damage from drops, impacts, or cracks
- Unauthorized repairs or servicing
- Normal wear and tear: scratches, strap discoloration, cosmetic deterioration
- Watches purchased from unverified or unauthorized third-party sellers
- Damage from misuse, chemical exposure, or extreme temperatures
4. How to Claim Warranty
Step 1 — Prepare Your Documentation
- Your original order invoice (emailed at time of purchase)
- A valid unboxing video (requirements in Section 5)
- Clear photos of the defect
Step 2 — Submit Your Claim
- Email heticleximpax@gmail.com with subject: Warranty Claim – Order #[Your Order ID]
- Attach your invoice, unboxing video, and defect photos.
- Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.
Step 3 — Ship the Product (If Approved)
- Ship the defective watch using a trackable courier to our service address.
- Share the AWB (tracking) number via email after dispatch.
- Return shipping to us is at the customer’s cost. Redelivery after repair or replacement is at our cost.
5. Unboxing Video Requirement
An unboxing video is mandatory for all warranty claims. Claims without a valid video will be automatically rejected.
- Show the sealed, intact packaging before opening
- Record the entire unboxing in a single continuous shot — no cuts or edits
- Clearly capture the product defect
- Have a visible timestamp or date on screen
6. Warranty Outcomes
- Repair: Defective unit repaired and returned to you.
- Replacement: Same model replacement if repair is not feasible (subject to stock).
- Refund: Processed only if repair and replacement are both unavailable. Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
7. Warranty Claim Timeline

8. Important Notes
- Warranty is only valid for purchases made on naviforce.co.in.
- Warranty claim data is retained for 24 months from claim closure per our Privacy Policy.
- This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
